Terms of Service
Last updated 12 May 2026
1. The service
tablePlan is a web application for designing and exporting wedding and event seating plans. Operated by Bright Sustainability Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us at hello@tableplan.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service for legitimate event planning. Don't upload data that is unlawful, abusive, or that you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that breach this clause.
4. Pricing and payment
- Building a seating plan up to 20 guests is free.
- Exporting the venue PDF or the alphabetised guest list, and sharing read-only links from an event with more than 20 guests, requires a one-time payment of £10 per event.
- The £10 export fee is also credited to your account as a balance you can apply against future stationery purchases when those become available.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
5. Refunds
Because the digital export is delivered immediately on payment, refunds are at our discretion. Contact hello@tableplan.app within 14 days of purchase if you have an issue.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you input. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
7. Collaborators and shared links
You may invite collaborators by email and create read-only share links. Sharing personal data about your guests in this way is your responsibility — make sure you have the right to share it.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
